Laird's Academy

Laird's Academy of Martial Arts is a traditional martial arts school in Santa Cruz, California. Its system incorporates the principles of Flowing Water (Yu), Harmony (Hwa), and the Circle (Won), combining elements of Hapkido, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, and Tai Chi, including joint locks, throwing and falling, kicking and punching, flowing circular attacks, and Ki training.
