Question 1

What are the plan prices?

Accepted Answer

Vital is free. Thrive costs $100 per month or $1,080 per year for each Presence you upgrade. Annual billing works out to $90 per month, paid yearly. Flourish is coming soon.

Question 2

Can I buy features individually, or only with a plan?

Accepted Answer

Thrive includes all its benefits in one subscription per Presence. Features are not sold separately. You can start with free Vital and up to 10 photos, then upgrade to Thrive for enhanced structured data, branding, calls to action, insights, review showcase, priority support and up to 1,000 photos, with ads and related-business suggestions hidden.

Question 3

Do paid plans affect ranking?

Accepted Answer

No. Ranking on Nusu is always merit-based — driven by rating quality, review depth, verification, relevance, and recency. Paid plans add presentation, branding, enrichment, and analytics features, but they never move your position. A free Vital listing and a Flourish listing compete for organic rank on exactly the same terms.

Question 4

How does Schema Plus work?

Accepted Answer

Every public presence includes basic structured data for name, address, and phone. Thrive includes enhanced structured data for eligible details at no separate charge.

Question 5

Do I need technical skills to use Schema Plus?

Accepted Answer

No. Nusu generates and maintains the structured data for you automatically — you just keep your profile details up to date, and we handle the machine-readable encoding behind the scenes.

Question 6

How many locations can I have?

Accepted Answer

Your business can manage multiple Presences. Each Presence can stay on free Vital or have its own Thrive subscription and billing period. Payment methods and invoices are managed under your business's shared billing account.

Question 7

What support is included?

Accepted Answer

Every plan, including free Vital, includes AI and human support from our team at no extra cost. Thrive includes priority support as part of the subscription.

Question 8

Is there a free trial available?

Accepted Answer

New Presences start on free Vital, with no automatic trial or subscription charges. You choose whether and when to purchase Thrive. Existing complimentary access lasts until its assigned expiry and does not automatically start a paid subscription.

Question 9

How do team members work?

Accepted Answer

All plans include unlimited team members at no additional cost, so you can invite as many people as you need to help manage your presence. And if you run an organization like a salon or clinic, the professionals who work with you can each have their own presence and be featured on your organization's profile — so individual practitioners build both their reputation and the organization's.

Question 10

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can purchase Thrive from your Presence's billing settings. Switching between monthly and annual billing takes effect at renewal, with no mid-period charges or credits. Canceling Thrive keeps your paid benefits until the end of the current billing period.

Question 11

What happens to my listing if I downgrade or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your Presence returns to free Vital at the end of your paid term. Your saved content and reviews are kept. The public gallery shows up to 10 photos, and you need to make room within that limit or upgrade to Thrive before uploading more.

Question 12

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel in your account at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
