Your Privacy Choices
This page allows you to exercise your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), and other applicable privacy laws.
Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
Under the CCPA, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not currently sell Personal Information or share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use essential cookies, a first-party cookie to remember an analytics choice, and local storage for eligible Mixpanel product analytics. Mixpanel acts as our service provider, not as a cross-context behavioral advertising partner. If our sale or sharing practices change, we will update this notice and provide opt-out controls.
Optional Product Analytics
Mixpanel analytics stays off until you select "Allow analytics", wherever you are located. Select "Decline" to keep it off or withdraw an earlier allowance. Use the analytics preferences control on this page at any time. You can return here using the "Privacy choices" link in the footer.
Your browser choice is remembered for one year. For signed-in users, a decline also blocks account-linked browser and background analytics when permission is checked. A new browser requires its own allowance. Background allowance expires after one year unless renewed. If permission cannot be verified, analytics stays off. A failed save displays an error so you can retry.
Withdrawal stops future optional tracking and clears the current browser's Mixpanel identity and queued events. It does not automatically erase previously sent records; use the data request process below for deletion requests.
Essential services, signup fraud prevention, and anonymous Speed Insights performance measurements do not depend on this optional analytics choice.
To submit an opt-out request, you may:
- Email us at dsr@nusu.ai with the subject line "Opt-Out Request"
- Submit a request through our Data Request form
Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information to purposes necessary to perform the services or provide the goods you request.
We use Sensitive Personal Information (such as account credentials and payment information) only for:
- Processing your transactions
- Authenticating your account
- Fraud prevention and security
- Legal compliance
We do not use Sensitive Personal Information for advertising, profiling, or other purposes beyond what is necessary to provide our services.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser:
- Optional Mixpanel analytics is disabled, even if you previously allowed it
- For signed-in users, we save the decline for background analytics
- No further action is required on your part
To enable GPC, install a browser or extension that supports this signal. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Additional Rights
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the rights to:
- Know what Personal Information we collect and how we use it
- Access a copy of your Personal Information
- Correct inaccurate Personal Information
- Delete your Personal Information
To exercise these rights, visit our Data Request page or review our full California Residents disclosure.
