Bosque Om Yoga is a yoga studio in Albuquerque, located just north of Old Town in a traditional adobe-style complex. The studio offers a variety of classes for all levels in a tranquil setting. Staff include owner and instructor Joan Sberro, along with instructors Nathalie Martin and Paul Beckwith. Bosque Om also offers seasonal programming, including a winter practice series focused on grounding and building a steady personal practice.
