Artful Healthcare

Artful Healthcare is a Prescott, Arizona practice led by Helen Goodrum that focuses on structural alignment, movement education, and holistic bodywork. Drawing on more than three decades of embodied practice, the work is designed to address tension, imbalance, compromised posture, and movement restrictions that contribute to pain and discomfort.
