American Muslim Center is a mosque and community institution in Dearborn that serves as a religious, educational, and gathering place rooted in an engaged, compassionate, and outward-looking vision of Islam. Open for all five daily prayers, it supports spiritual life while fostering belonging through service, education, social support, and community connection. The center also provides family counseling and educational and liaison support through Muslim Family Services to strengthen family well-being in accordance with Islamic teachings. In addition, it serves as a hub for interfaith dialogue and cultural exchange, welcoming people of all faiths and backgrounds with an emphasis on compassion, religious freedom, and mutual care.
