Eleanor Bell Coaching, LLC is a coaching practice that works with individuals and couples. The practice draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support greater Self Leadership, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling career. Eleanor Bell reports training in trauma-informed and somatic methods and has completed Hakomi Levels 1, 2, and 3 through the Seattle Hakomi Education Network, Wired for Love with Stan Tatkin through the PACT Institute, and Right Use of Power: The Heart of Ethics. Before starting the private practice, she spent more than 20 years in leadership roles across academic, health care, nonprofit services, philanthropy, and high-tech organizations.
