HOTWORX - Boise, ID - S Federal Way is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio and gym in Boise offering virtually instructed sauna workouts. Members have unlimited access to sessions including hot yoga, Pilates, barre, cycling, HIIT, and other workouts built around HOTWORX's 3D Training approach combining heat, infrared energy, and exercise. Located in the Family Center at Federal Way in Southeast Boise, the studio also supports 15 Boise State female athletes through the NIL program.
