Athens Ki-Aikido is a martial arts school in Athens, Ohio dedicated to Ki-Aikido, or Shinshin Toitsu Aikido, a distinct branch of the Japanese art of Aikido. The dojo teaches modern defensive applications of Aikido while emphasizing Ki development, mind-body coordination, breathing, and meditation as part of a broader practice of awareness, wellness, and personal cultivation. Athens Ki-Aikido is an officially registered dojo of Shinshin Toitsu Aikido Kai, the Ki Society based in Tokyo, and is affiliated with the Midland Ki Federation serving the United States and Canada.
