Athens Karate Club is a karate training club focused on disciplined practice, physical conditioning, mental focus, agility, awareness, and concentration. Instruction includes practical self-defense rooted in karate, within an inclusive dojo culture that welcomes students from all walks of life while emphasizing growth and progression. The club also offers opportunities to compete in the ISKF Mid-America region, nationally, and sometimes internationally, with additional learning through clinics, camps, and master camps.
