Bigfoot Gym

Bigfoot Gym is a family-oriented Muay Thai academy in Eugene rooted in a traditional Thai boxing lineage through the Thai Boxing Association and Master Ajarn Chai Sirisuit. Established by Ajarn Mike Walrath, the gym emphasizes respect, honor, discipline, and compassion alongside serious technical training. After Walrath’s passing in 2018, head instructor Kru Harley continued the school’s approach, drawing on more than 20 years of training under him. The academy offers a single daily all-levels class, with weekday evening and weekend afternoon sessions, creating a shared training environment for beginners and experienced students. Instruction places strong emphasis on fundamentals, form, and technical precision.
