Meta Yoga is a community-driven yoga studio with locations in Breckenridge and Frisco, Colorado. Founded in 2010, it offers high-altitude yoga classes, private sessions, outdoor yoga, workshops and events, and teacher trainings and continuing education. The studio features experienced teachers, a range of class styles including Align + Flow, Gentle Flow, Power, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Yin, and a welcoming atmosphere for both new and experienced practitioners.
