EPY Pilates is a Pilates studio in East Sacramento that has served the community since 2002. The studio offers small group classes with 4–5 participants for personalized attention, as well as one-on-one Therapeutic Pilates sessions tailored to individual needs. Led by owner Wahida Sharman, EPY Pilates features a team of senior and staff instructors in a Sacramento studio setting.
