Hindu Temple Society, locally known as the Albany Hindu Temple, is a Hindu place of worship serving devotees in and around the Capital District as well as visitors from other areas and abroad. The temple includes dedicated worship spaces for many traditions and deities within the Hindu community, and it hosts religious discourses, cultural activities, and celebrations of major Hindu festivals. It also provides regular religious services at the temple and, upon request, at individual homes and offices through trained and qualified priests. The Hindu Cultural Center, completed in 2007, is located on the same premises.
