Her spiritual journey has been wide-ranging, encompassing religious study, 12-step programs, meditation, yoga, Kabbalah, astrology, numerology, and more—carrying forward what resonated from each. More than 25 years ago, while pursuing both spiritual and physical healing, she encountered Reiki, and quickly became convinced of its mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits. She encouraged her husband, daughters, sons, and sister to train as well, and the family noticed profound changes. Over the years, Reiki has become the framework for her life, and sharing and teaching it has become her passion.

Dr. Littleton has had the privilege of studying one-on-one with deeply committed and knowledgeable Master Teachers across multiple Reiki traditions, including Usui Shiki Ryoho, Gendai Reiki Ho, Usui Reiki Ryoho, and Usui Reiki—alongside years spent reading, learning, and evaluating sources from other lineages. She is certified as Shihan, the highest level for both practitioner and teacher, in her two teaching traditions: Gendai Reiki Ho and Usui Reiki Ryoho. Students certified by her carry the recognition of all her teachers, and their teachers before them, tracing back to Mikao Usui, the founder of the System of Reiki.

Her promise to every student is a simple one: to share everything she has learned and to do all she can to support them in healing themselves and learning to practice the Reiki Way. Healing is possible, and she is there to walk alongside each person on that journey.
