Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center is a comprehensive community mental health center established in 1965. Serving five rural counties in southeastern Minnesota—Fillmore, Houston, Wabasha, Goodhue, and Winona—it provides adult mental health support that includes psychiatry, medication management, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), substance use treatment, and a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program.
