Hidden Teachings Karate is a martial arts school serving the Fargo-Moorhead area since 1986. The school teaches traditional Okinawan karate and kobudo as passed down from Taika Seiyu Oyata, along with Filipino kali, escrima, and arnis. Its training emphasizes empty-hand and weapons-based self-defense, disciplined practice, and the development of mind, body, and spirit through respect, compassion, and continual improvement.
