Fireweed Nutrition provides individualized nutrition sessions focused on intuitive eating and a weight-neutral approach to health and well-being. Initial nutrition sessions last up to 90 minutes and are designed to explore each client’s relationship with food, goals, and unique vision of health in a connected, kind, and body-trusting environment.
