Lenexa Pilates is a small, home-based Pilates studio in Lenexa, Kansas. Founded in 2012 as New Movement in South Minneapolis and later established as Lenexa Pilates, the studio offers individualized, heart-based instruction focused on strength, better movement, and overall well-being. The studio specializes in mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, cardio jump board, and adaptive Pilates, including movement for neurological conditions, in a fully equipped Balanced Body studio.
