Deb Cottle is a speaker, author, coach, and workshop leader based in Fernandina Beach, Florida. She works with stakeholders to align presentations and workshops with event objectives, then facilitates outcomes using her 4STEP GUTS FORMULA. Her programs focus on overcoming negative thinking, improving self-talk, achieving objectives, and navigating life transitions. Through World on a String Productions, she has produced Women With GUTS!, created the audio series Music & Motivation, and co-authored the books Success Simplified and Roadmap to Success. Cottle previously held senior executive roles in the Chicago television production industry and led sales and creative teams for more than twenty years.
