Dr. Francisco Rilloraza is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with 21 years of practice experience. He completed a general surgery residency at the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn and plastic surgery training at St. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Rilloraza is a former director of the Wound Care Center and currently serves as a consultant for the Breast Care Center and the Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Center of Lourdes Hospital.
