CrossFit Kilo II is a CrossFit gym in Iowa City, Iowa. Opened in 2016 as an expansion of the Kilo name, it offers CrossFit-based strength and conditioning focused on improving health, fitness, and long-term wellness through a combination of exercise and diet. The gym is led by owner and head coach Austin Nedelcoff, a three-time CrossFit Games competitor who has also competed at the Regional/Semi Final level eight times.
