Heartland Vineyard Church is a Christian church in Waterloo, Iowa. Founded after Dan and Roi Lene Paxton felt called to return to Iowa and plant a church, the congregation began on April 22, 1990, when 27 people gathered for worship. The church describes itself as a community of believers learning together how to live out the way of Jesus in their neighborhoods, workplaces, and wider community. Dan Paxton now serves as Founding Pastor, and since 2024 Michael and Krista Reed have served as Lead Pastors.
