Heart & Sole Dance Studio is a dance studio in Waterbury, Connecticut, owned by Jill Medina. Medina’s background includes 17 years with the Waterbury Park and Rec Dance Program, training through conventions and workshops, competing on a dance team, and performing as a Jasper Dancer on the Division I Manhattan College Dance Team. Her experience includes training in Pom, Jazz, and Hip Hop and competing at the NDA National Dance Championships as part of the 2019 Division I Hip Hop National Title team. The studio also draws on the experience of Miss Jackie, whose background includes more than 10 years as a lead dance motivator with Powerstation Events and founding the Encore Dance Team while attending the University of Connecticut.
