Bodyshifters is a movement studio in Deephaven, Minnesota, centered on the GYROTONIC® Method. The studio uses specialized equipment to support range of motion, joint stability, spinal decompression, and functional movement. Its instructors are certified through Gyrotonic and have extensive training in movement therapy. Founder Julie Van Antwerp Odermann brings a background in exercise physiology, experience working with spinal diseases in a physical therapy clinic, and decades of functional movement training with clients of varied ages and abilities.
