Anahata Healing

Anahata Healing is an Asheville-based healing practice led by Kristi that centers on Reiki and an integrative blend of gentle, restorative modalities. Drawing on a decade of practice in Western North Carolina, the work combines Reiki with therapeutic bodywork, transformational breathwork, craniosacral therapy, and energy work to support relaxation, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and balanced energetic flow. Sessions are personalized to each individual and grounded in a philosophy of self-love, acceptance, and inner transformation, creating a supportive space for restoration, healing, and reconnection.
