Founded in 2002, the company has grown from a single center in Bel Air, Maryland, to a network of more than 125 clinics across eleven states. The Harrisburg–Colonial Park location is attached to the Friendship YMCA and offers in-clinic treatment as well as telehealth physical therapy services delivered by licensed therapists through video conferencing.
