Cohesion Training Academy is a martial arts school in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma offering training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, wrestling, and striking/MMA. The academy welcomes adults and children of all experience levels and emphasizes effective techniques, self-defense, fitness, weight loss, coordination, and team-oriented training.
