CrossFit First Creek

CrossFit First Creek is a CrossFit gym in Knoxville, Tennessee. The facility is equipped for strength and conditioning training with bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, GHDs, rowers, echo bikes, an air runner, ropes, and more. Its indoor space has been redesigned with streamlined layouts, fresh flooring, and improved lighting to create a clean, functional, and motivating environment. The gym also includes ample outdoor space, two bathrooms, and an office area offering gym merchandise as well as pre- and post-workout drinks and snacks.
