Islamic Center of Ventura County (ICOVC) is a nonprofit Islamic center in Oxnard, California, organized as a 501(c)(3) to serve religious education, charity, and the practice of Islam in the community. The center states its vision is to inspire current and future generations to build a continuous relationship with Allah through constant remembrance and the values of the prophetic model.
