KokoPilates Pilates Studio is a Pilates studio in Los Alamos, New Mexico offering small-group Pilates Reformer classes as well as private and semi-private sessions. The studio incorporates Reformers, other Pilates equipment, and TRX, with new clients able to begin through a three-session private package designed to build familiarity with exercise biomechanics, safe technique, and equipment use before moving into group equipment classes when appropriate.
