Arogya is an Ayurvedic practice and Panchakarma center founded in New Mexico in 2016. It presents Ayurveda as a rigorous, complete medical system for contemporary life, with an approach grounded in traditional study, clinical practice, and hands-on therapeutic discipline. The practice draws on formal Ayurvedic training, Sanskrit study, and specialization in Kerala-style Panchakarma under the Thaikkatu Moos lineage, alongside training in Kalaripayattu, Naturopathy, and Emergency Medicine. Arogya is guided by a commitment to carrying Ayurveda forward in the West with clarity and without dilution, approaching healing as both deeply personal and rooted in a larger living tradition.
