Excel Pilates DC is a fully equipped Pilates studio in the Brookland neighborhood of Washington, DC. Established in 1998, the studio offers Pilates instruction in a 5,000-square-foot space and has also developed a comprehensive Pilates teacher training program. Its teachers are fully certified and complete at least 700 hours of active training across apparatus work, mat work, seminars, and apprentice teaching.
