Eugene School of Karate is a karate school serving the Eugene-Springfield area in Oregon. Founded in 1992, it teaches martial arts and life skills, combining traditional martial arts disciplines with modern teaching methods to help students develop mindfulness, discipline, motivation, and self-defense skills. The school’s instruction is led by Sensei Albert, who trained and taught for instructor Morris Mack in Yakima, Washington before moving to the area to continue postgraduate work.
