BEX Wellness Coaching

BEX Wellness Coaching provides holistic coaching and wellness support for children and adults, with additional support that can extend to families and friends as needed. Its approach combines conversation-based coaching with customized wellness tools to encourage reflection, processing, clarity, and personal direction. These tools may include sound, magnetic, essential oil, and gemstone therapy as part of a personalized self-development process rather than as stand-alone services. Sessions are typically about an hour and are offered in person in Queen Creek, Arizona, as well as by FaceTime or Skype.
