Mantis Martial Arts is a Long Island martial arts school offering in-person instruction in Traditional Northern Praying Mantis Kung-Fu, including 7 Star and Tai-chi Mantis, as well as Yang Tai-Chi Chuan. The school provides hands-on classes for all ages, from basic through advanced levels, with instruction led by Sifu Maziar Massachi, a 10th Generation closed-door disciple of Master Tony Chuy.
