Fyzical Athletics is a training facility in El Paso that began as a sports performance program supporting athletes returning to play after therapy and has expanded to serve both athletes and the general population. Its strength and conditioning coaches have degrees in exercise science and backgrounds in athletics, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and geriatric training. The facility offers sport-specific training as well as strength and cardio-based programs for clients ranging in age from 8 to 75, and is connected to the Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers physical therapy clinic.
