Firefly Yoga

Firefly Yoga is a yoga studio offering yoga and meditation classes in a small-class setting designed to provide personalized attention. The studio’s instructors guide students at different experience levels with an emphasis on safe, effective progress. Firefly Yoga also offers yoga therapy practicum learning and 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings, with instruction that may include asana, pranayama, mantra, sutras, philosophy, and other yoga-related topics aligned with student goals.
