First Christian Church is a Disciples of Christ congregation in downtown Owensboro, Kentucky, with more than 150 years as part of the community’s life and landscape. The church emphasizes faith-filled fellowship and spiritual enrichment, and has continued its ministry through growth, worship, and community connection. After spending a decade in borrowed space, it established its building on JR Miller Boulevard between Fourth and Fifth Streets and began worshiping in its new facilities in November 2016.
