Capital Area Counseling Service is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation serving Central South Dakota since 1968. The organization provides outpatient counseling on a one-on-one basis in an office setting and offers mental health, psychiatric, and substance use services, along with therapeutic foster care and Zero Suicide support.
