Crested Butte Clay Studio is a community ceramic studio in Crested Butte, Colorado offering classes, workshops, memberships for self-guided ceramic artists, and a gallery. Founded by Luisa Naughton, the studio provides a fun, safe, and fully equipped space for artists of all levels and for all ages to create and learn. Equipment includes 10 Shimpo whisper wheels, a slab roller, wedging tables, an extruder, hand-building tables, two electric Skutt 1227 kilns, clay tools, cone 6 clay bodies, glazes, underglazes, and slips.
