Foundation Body Therapy is a Santa Rosa massage therapy practice led by Erik, who opened the office after rebranding his longtime private practice. With more than a decade of experience, he provides individualized therapeutic massage tailored to each client’s needs, with specialties including myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point work, and therapeutic massage. Erik graduated with honors from the National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy in 2010, began private practice in 2012, and previously co-founded Santa Rosa Therapeutic Bodyworks in 2015. His work was recognized when Best of the North Bay named the practice Best Massage Services in the North Bay in 2023.
