CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Institute for Healthy Living Fitness and Aquatics Center is a fitness and aquatics facility in Longview, Texas. The center offers a clean gym environment with state-of-the-art equipment, three pools, indoor and outdoor walking trails, certified personal training, and swimming lessons. Its newly renovated aquatic center includes a 25-meter heated four-lane lap pool, a heated therapeutic resistance pool, and cold and hot water plunge pools.
