Cumberland Islamic Center, also known as Al-Rahman Mosque, is a religious and cultural center serving the Muslim community in Maine. The center offers instruction in Islamic principles, Arabic language, and Qur’anic studies for adults and children, and hosts community events. It also provides religious, social, and cultural services, including funeral support such as coffin arrangements, transportation, burial procedures, and mourning ceremonies, and plans space for youth activities and games.
