Amaya Dance

Amaya Dance is a Houston dance studio centered on salsa instruction, performance, and community. Led by Salomon Amaya, a longtime presence in Houston salsa, the studio offers training from beginner fundamentals to advanced choreography with an emphasis on technical growth in a warm, social, and encouraging environment. In addition to group classes, Amaya Dance provides opportunities for students to perform on stage, train at a higher level, and take part in salsa-focused events through its semi-pro team. The studio welcomes students across ages and experience levels and is rooted in Houston’s broader salsa community.
