Avanti Psychological Services is a Washington-based psychological practice that integrates therapy and in-house assessment through a collaborative model of care. The practice serves children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families, with licensed counselors and licensed psychologists working together to coordinate treatment from multiple clinical perspectives. Its services draw from evidence-based therapeutic modalities and detailed psychological evaluations to help clarify challenges and guide ongoing care. Avanti reports serving 1,358 unique clients, conducting 467 sessions per month, and completing 145 assessments each year. After founder Cheryl stepped down as owner in 2022 and remained in practice, Steph Regus became co-owner in 2023 as the organization continued its focus on comprehensive, whole-person psychological care.
