Dr. Matthew E. Shambaugh, MD is a Fort Wayne plastic surgeon who has been practicing since 1991. Board-certified in plastic surgery, he provides cosmetic and reconstructive surgical care with an emphasis on compassionate, individualized treatment. He is affiliated with Summit Plastic Surgery, participates in national and regional plastic surgery meetings, teaches IU medical students, and has contributed his surgical expertise to medical missions in Guatemala and Haiti.
