Crossfit Maven

Crossfit Maven is a CrossFit gym in Rochester Hills, Michigan, offering CrossFit classes for all experience levels, from novices to CrossFit Games athletes. The gym emphasizes core CrossFit movements, virtuosity, and a strong sense of camaraderie, and features a different CrossFit Hero Workout each week to honor fallen service members. Coaching is led by owner and coach Em Nightingale.
