Active Rehab and Fitness Physical Therapy

Active Rehab and Fitness Physical Therapy is a Lexington outpatient rehabilitation practice built around an active, movement-based approach to recovery. Led by Keith and Lisa Duerler, the husband-and-wife physical therapy team, the practice provides outpatient physical therapy with clinical strengths in balance training, neurological rehabilitation, and concussion treatment. Care is supported by complementary in-house services including Pilates, personal training, and assisted stretching, creating continuity between rehabilitation and longer-term physical function. The team includes experienced clinicians with deep Lexington-area roots, including an MDT practitioner with 33 years of physical therapy experience, and emphasizes comprehensive rehabilitation delivered in a setting where therapeutic care and guided movement work together.
