Foundations Health & Wholeness

Foundations Health & Wholeness is a Green Bay-based mental health organization founded in 1965 to expand access to care in the community. It describes a vision of a caring, connected community that embraces the health and wholeness of all people, and operates a main office and mental health clinic in Green Bay, along with Brown County regional offices for foster care and RAYS Youth Services.
